John Kanno is a compassionate faith-based coach, pastor, and mentor whose life’s work has been devoted to helping people experience the love, truth, and transforming power of God. With more than 25 years of ministry experience, he has faithfully served individuals, couples, and families with a shepherd’s heart, offering biblical guidance, encouragement, and hope through every season of life. John’s ministry journey has been shaped by a rich and diverse background of service and preparation. He received training at the School of Ministry in California, where his calling was strengthened and equipped for a lifetime of Christian leadership. He then served six years as a full-time missionary in Sinaloa, Mexico, where he ministered to people with dedication and humility, sharing the message of Christ and serving communities in need. His heart for compassion and service also led him to participate in relief work in Sudan, Africa, extending practical care and spiritual support to people facing great hardship.

In addition to his missionary work, John served nine years as an assistant pastor and has spent more than 25 years as a senior pastor, leading with wisdom, consistency, and a deep love for God’s people. Throughout his years in pastoral ministry, he has walked alongside many individuals and couples during some of the most important and challenging moments of their lives. He has provided premarital counseling to help couples build strong, Christ-centered foundations for marriage, and marriage counseling to help restore hope, strengthen relationships, and encourage lasting unity.

John is also deeply committed to mentoring and discipleship. Over the years, he has encouraged countless individuals to develop a stronger, closer walk with God and has helped people face the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges of life with grace and faith. Whether preaching, counseling, mentoring, or simply listening with compassion, John’s ministry reflects a genuine love for people and an unwavering commitment to helping others grow in Christ.
